Your health is your birthright and responsibility! Our natural state is to be vital, full of energy, and healthy as ever. However many of us have unconsciously given up our birthright through our limiting beliefs, negative thinking and stress. Many of us have spent our whole lives dealing with effects or symptoms. The common symptoms that people complain about are pains, aches, rashes, and discomfort. Yet, these symptoms never seem to go away, some people live their whole lives taking pills or getting another massage to take away the pain temporarily. Our chronic dehydration and chemical laden, acidifying, processed food diet also play a critical role in our ailments too. While I do advocate a raw foods diet, alkaline water, sunlight exposure, juicing, and the usage of herbs, essential oils and other natural products, I believe that perfect wellness is about mixing the physical with the metaphysical to achieve perfect health. No amount of physical food can fix our unwillingness to forgive or holding to resentments.
